AI belongs tothe human doingthe work.

I sit between you and the AI vendors and build the brain by hand. Your files. Your retrieval. Your skills. Your subdomain. You leave with all of it — across jobs, across vendors, across the next ten years of model swaps. The company gets the efficiency. You keep the thinking.

Three wedges

What I won’t compromise on.

01 · The form

Built by hand.

A license doesn’t make you fluent. A curriculum doesn’t make you fast. Real AI capability gets put together by a person who listens to how you actually work. File by file, decision by decision. That’s the install. There isn’t a shortcut to it, and the shortcut everyone’s selling is the reason nothing’s translating.

The builder

I’m the human between you and every AI vendor.

I’m not a platform. I’m not a course. I’m a builder who sits between Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, the rest. And the actual work you do every day. I put the brain together by hand. Your files become a corpus you can reach from any AI tool. The skills are tuned to the role you’re in, not the role a curriculum imagined. The subdomain is yours. The bundle is yours. It walks with you the day you leave. The company gets the efficiency it bought the seats for. You keep the thinking that makes you the person they hired.

Respect for the employment. Respect for the employee. Respect for the business. I’m what bridges the three.

How it works

Three steps. One pattern.

Same shape across every tier. Talk first. Map what’s already there. Build what isn’t. Productized at the unit of one human; scaled by repeating the work, not by automating around it.

Today

Curricula taught for everyone fit no one.

DataCamp’s own data: 82% start, 59% finish, near-zero ship anything that survives Monday morning. The seat got bought. The work didn’t change.

And yet

The license is a substrate. Not a delivery.

Companies buy seats by the hundred. Open rates hover around eight percent. The platform sits there. The human inside the role never gets shown how it bolts onto the actual job. I’m the human who bolts it on.

Meanwhile

Memory is the moat. The question is who holds it.

The model was the moat in 2023. The interface in 2025. From here forward it’s memory. The always-on layer that knows you because it’s been watching. I make sure that layer belongs to the human in the role. It walks with you the day you leave.

The network

Every brain I build belongs to whoever it was built for. stay with the person. stay with the company. The pattern repeats one human at a time. And over time, the brains start talking to each other. A network of portable intelligence with no platform in the middle of it.

The first call

It’s a diagnosis.
I’ll tell you what I see.

Thirty minutes. Mostly your questions. You walk away with a real read on whether this fits the work you’re trying to do. And if it doesn’t, I’ll tell you who you should be talking to instead. No deck. No funnel. One call, two humans.
